He has been a CEO since he graduated college, and he understands what it means to be a servant leader, launching two for-profits businesses and two nonprofit organizations in the last 30 years. As your Career Mentor, Steve works with you to simplify complex goals and career objectives to accomplish them efficiently. He’ll help you get unstuck in your work and personal life and develop actionable objectives.

Get Started

Simplifying complex goals and objectives to accomplish them most efficiently. People and organizations stall when they don't address the tough challenge. When you are stuck because of a complex issue, solve it, and help move forward efficiently.
– One (60) minute session to explore the decision you are ready to address and develop options.
– Allow one week for individual exploration of alternatives identified in session one.
– Second (60) minute session two weeks later to plan implementation and next steps to move forward.

Partnering your mentoring with monthly accountability sessions helps support busy professionals to keep their plans on target. Research indicates that most career-related plans require three months to implement successfully, so we recommend this cadence. Extension available as needed. We support you in making your aspirations a reality using proven processes. $199 per month (3 month minimum).
– Monthly accountability sessions via Zoom to support your progress over three months.
– Interactive, experiential sessions to accelerate your growth.
– Homework as needed to integrate all you are learning.

Sometimes an hour is all you need. Prior to this session we’ll assess the issue you want to disucss which will allow for a more efficient and impactful experience.
